Its an incomplete job by another tradesperson also employed from builderscrack, who requested advance and about 60% of the quotation paid to him, he is NOT countable now, even not answering my calls. Please hit the job only if you are able to complete the job without an advance and full payment will made upon completing the works by Harcourts Ellerslie Property Managment.
