Westmere tropical garden design

Hi there. Hoping to find someone who can assist with the planning of a tropical garden in Westmere which the planting area is approx 9m x 3.2m. We want to plant the garden ourselves but just want help with layout and making decisions around which plants go where. We even already have selected a lot of the plants we want to use but are open to suggestions as well. We are wanting to get started on it ASAP so hoping someone could assist us with this in the next week.
