Making my watering system work

I have inherited a basic watering system in the house we've moved to - black hose piping connected to Holman battery-powered timers. Can't seem to get all of it working, though. I am heading away on Wednesday 19th around 1pm, so if no one available next two-and-a-half days, can we book in for after Jan 21st?
