Design Details for Minor House Renovations

Basic design and sketches etc. by an architectural draftsman or similar, for minor house renovations that can be completed without a building consent - as per MBIE's guidance publication (Building Work That Does Not Require a Building Consent.) Just enough detail so a tradesman can price and complete the work. In general, includes new kitchen layout, removal of walls (if non load-bearing), doorway alterations, deck, pergola, etc. Would like completed as quickly as possible for reasonable cost.
