replacing pinex tiles on celings with Gib. 5 rooms, (very) approx. 50.60 m2. Tiles installed in mid 60's, over original wooden (?TGV) ceilings.

Standard of work was excellent in all respects. Result was all we hoped for, particularly plastering. Potentially brittle rimu beading removed carefully and set aside for reuse. Site left clean and tidy at all times.Cost: - of course we might have wished for a lower cost, but a fair price for a quality job.Schedule was clear and maintained, job completed within the time planned. Communication - very strong feature - team and I were kept informed at all times,
