Fireplace/Cabinet designs needed

I am wanting someone to draw up plans for a gas fireplace and cabinetry to be built for my lounge area. I know how I want it to look and I have some rough photos of one lounge that has something similar. The builder will make the cabinets and shelves to the plan, so I need to have this done first.
