My new home has a rough popcorn ceiling finish in 5 rooms. I would like to either cover this or sand down to a smooth finish. I am hoping to complete this job between the 3rd and 10th of Feb if possible. I would be interested to get a quote and talk about possibilities. I am not sue if the ceiling has asbestos or not
