Renovation design - kitchen and bathroom modifications

We would like a design drawn up for kitchen and bathroom renovations. The design is likely to include: Removing the existing kitchen cabinets and replacing with a new kit-set kitchen Removing an internal wall Moving a bath/shower to the laundry (hopefully we can use existing plumbing that is there for the washing machine) Adding a vanity to the laundry Replacing an external window with a french door (or similar) Ideally, we would like it if the designer/architect/draftsman can provide building advice too (e.g. if a wall is load bearing or not or whether modifications will require consent). They will also need to bear in mind that we will have a limited budget.
