New kitchen, bathroom and wash house

I have a kitchen and bathroom in need of updating and need to incorporate the wash house as well but need a design discussed that will enable existing layout to change to help flow and utilise existing plumbing without blowing my meagre budget. If you can design knowing building regs that would be good. I like to utilise second hand items as well so having a plan will help me collect baths and loos. If you can design and can work with cost saving ideas please reply with an idea of your fee. Regards dianne
