Prof's cafe

We are the proprietors of Prof’s --- café/restaurant/bar ( --- / --- /profs--woodlands-marks-a-year-as-a-favourite-hamilton-cafe) and are looking at opening a second venue in town – the old Accent Magazines shop 127 Alexander St. Ultimately we hope to set up a full franchise, encompassing cafés, restaurants, bars & night clubs. Check out our menu design to get a feel for how we like to project ourselves. --- This particular venture will be purely a café with no kitchen but high end cabinet food, coffee, soup and cold drinks. Mainly takeaway, but some sit- down. Plus have some Prof’s merchandising and promoting the Woodlands Estate. We refurbished Prof’s --- to reflect the Victorian feel of the Estate. However, moving forward we want our new café to have a Victorian lounge feel but with a touch of steam punk. FYI we know steam punk and can contribute some elements if needed. Ideally, this venue will have such a highly distinctive décor that the designers (possibly you?) can use to promote themselves well. This will hopefully be our flagship. FYI the landlords are looking to put in wood-look lino plus pretty up the interior. Naturally, budget is of concern and we are prepared to source second hand elements. However we do need help in the overall look. Plus, we want to fast-track everything (FYI, we only got confirmation from landlords this week that it’s all go). Are you interested?
