I need a plan done for 2 small bedroooms to be turned into one master bedroom with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. I need this urgently. There is no requirement for engineering work as no weightbearing walls will be removed. Design will be simple, just a guide for the tradies to work around. Depending on the design, there may be a window that will need to become wall but other than that all the work is internal.
