Qinghong Zhou/Robin Zhou is as bad as sin with prices/terms changing at whim. Keep everything in writing. Quick single coat spray paint with lots of imperfections Makes excuses for poor work and charge extra to rectify Not prepped before paint is sprayed on We realised he is too much risk and decided not go ahead with stage 2. Took $2500 from us for what was quoted as 1725 then refused to return the balance and instead weirdly added more $.

"Dave want to deceive me into hire the boom lift on him on behalf. because he only have the $2500 either to do the job or hire the machine. it's my luck, I didn't hire it on the first week but finish some bottom foundation work. then he said he's runout of money to blablabla. it's a 110m² wall cladding over 9m high to check and hips of extra for free. the price includes 3coat materials as per quotation.
DO NOT WORK FOR GUY HAS NO MONEY!"
