Make a small commercial office space for us!
Job description
We have a 60m2 basement space in a new apartment block that needs to be converted into a commercial office space for 2 full-time & 2 part-time people + meeting room. We need someone who can design the best interior space as well as source the necessary builders/painters/electricians and oversee the job to completion. We have some thoughts on how to make this work but would like fresh eyes to look at it. I can forward a rough creative brief with photos of other spaces we like. The photo attached shows the meeting space we'd like (painted with foldable glass walls to keep the space light and open as well as the space itself. Keeping the industrial look, we have a limited budget of up to $25k for the hardscape and up to $10k for any additional furnishings required. No plumbing needed.
