Leaking hot water cylinder

Leaking hot water cylinder and damage around the area. Would like to update the bathroom, wash room and kitchen. Also the lounge area and wall need fixing. There is also a leak in my dad's room and maybe updating the ensuit. Also leaking in the garage from different places. Here is more to see in person. And would like to add a mud room?
