Ground moisture barrier (plastic sheeting) installation

Hi there I am looking to have a ground moisture barrier installed in 3 rental properties to comply with thew new tenancy rules. All have reasonable access under the house, some spaces a bit tight etc. Would ideally suit someone enthusiastic and nimble. Must have a fair bit of previous experience doing this and be aware of the new tenancy code so that I can get compliance
