Sound proofing joint party wall

Sound proof party wall with music loving neighbours. It's a 1940s privately owned state house connected to a rental that plays music. Need to soundproof two rooms: lounge upstairs and bedroom downstairs. The party wall is made of gibb, empty space then a brick wall. Wall in lounge is connected to a hollow rimu floor (note possible access to the rimu floor via down stairs bedroom ceiling). There is possibly access to the gap between the brick wall and the gibb. The wall dimensions are: Lounge: 6.25m x 2.65 (includes skirting boards) Bedroom 3.75m x 2.40. The bedroom wall includes a built in wardrobe. Would like job to be completed as soon as possible.
