97m2 home underfloor insulation
Job description
Our home was built in 1999 on timber pylons on a slanted landscape, the access underneath slopes from approximately .5m - 1.7m. There is currently underfloor foil installed, which will need to be removed first. We would then like to look at 2 options of new insulation; polyester, and polystyrene (which option is best and pricing difference). Majority of joists are spaced 560mm apart.

Sean was great at taking care of removing our existing underfloor foil and installing the new underfloor insulation. We were really impressed with his communication, and the efficiency in fitting us in and completing the job. His pricing was very competitive and service was spectacular, a very tidy job. We will be getting him back next year to tidy up our ceiling space when we have replaced our lighting.
