Moisture barrier and underfloor insulation repair & completion

Hi, moisture barrier has been partially rolled out under the house but is not pinned down or overlapping very well. Very small portion of the underfloor insulation has been stripped of foil insulation and replaced with pink batts. Would like to have the rest of the foil insulation removed, pink batts installed throughout and the moisture barrier finished. House is approx 90m2. Access varies, can crouch easily in some spots, other spots are accessible at a crawl. Also potentially interested in having ceiling fluff insulation replaced with better insulation
