Will is a very good and easy person to deal with. Cost, schedule, and other things are really great. But my only concern is the amount of material used in the property. I do have a 154 sqm area. Each Earthwool R4.1 packet should cover only 8.98 sqm. In that case, 17.5 packets of materials were needed. Even you exclude the joinery, sides, lights, etc, still, 14/15 packets are needed to cover the whole area. But in my property 9.5 to 10 packets are used. I should have checked during quote time.
