Ground underlay 250 Sq mi

Supply and fit ground underlay to 3 units on the same site in Henderson and 1 unit in Te Atatu South. Remove foil from 2 of the Henderson units and replace with compliant insulation. 50 Sq m each. 2 of the Henderson units have tight access. I, at 6'1", have been to the 4 corners of the tight units but it is too scary for me. I am 77 and claustrophobic.
