Job description
Underfloor and Ceiling insulation required for rental unit. Preference is for a company who can do both underfloor and ceiling spaces together. Brick and tile 2 bedroom unit (approx 80m2) built in the 1970s needs existing ceiling insulation upgraded (presumably pink batts) to latest rental specs, and underfloor insulation (current status unknown) added to comply. Crawl space is just on the minimum height above ground requirements. Certificate of Insulation required for Tenancy Services. Flat section, easy access for vehicles. Client has been unwell so this has been left to the last minute and needs it installed before the 1st July 2019.

JMM were very rapid at responding to a request for a quote for my client's rental property for ceiling and underfloor insulation. We were very impressed that they were able to install on the weekend of the same week, and sent through photos afterwards showing their work along with specs of the products installed. The install is very and tidy as you can see on the attached photos . They even pointed out an underfloor leak to us that had obviously been there for some time.
