Insulation to house in Green Bay

Rental property requires insulation to ceiling spaces, There is currently old insulation in an unknown condition, (over 20yrs old) and it needs to be brought up to spec before the new regulations come in. Existing insulation in 2 bedrooms may need removing as there is a recurring issue with mildew in this area. I'm based in Red Beach, am managing this on behalf of my client, and can meet on site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays after 10am - with 48 hrs notice for the tenants.
