New Ceiling Insulation Installed - old insulation removed.

We’d like to remove our blown ceiling insulation and have R 4.1 batts installed to a professional level. Must supply a compliance certificate after job is complete. The down lights have been replaced with LEDs so should be fine to cover (to be checked), but there is a bathroom 3in1 heatlamp/light/fan which will need adequate spacing. Insulation to be kept under the wiring as per recommendations to avoid wires overheating. Our ceiling space is around 64.1 m2. (not counting eaves). Gap between ceiling joists is between --- wide We have blown paper insulation, it has settled and it bits of it stink of vermin wee. We’d like it completely removed before laying down the new stuff. Scoops up easily and then the dregs could be shop vacced out. We want to use the space for storage so we want it cleaner and non stinky :) Good access through attic stairs. However, it’s through our bedroom so we’d like to prevent as much crap from falling down and into our room. This is important to this job - wife is pregnant so want to keep the loose fibres, blown rubbish and wafting waste to a minimum. 3 Bulbs and a switch up there so it’s well lit. Installing a Solar roof vent to help keep the temperature down up there. Other wise you can pop a couple of tiles. Willing to take advice on the new insulation, but we’re thinking Knauf EarthWool R 4.1. If you have a supplier then you could source it otherwise we can grab Earthwool from Bunnings - whatever works out cheaper. We have some stored gear up there on particleboard sheets which we’ll take down before you start. Thanks!
