Roof Space vacuum prior to new insulation

We have cleared out 95% of old insulation in our approx 100m2 unit prior to new insulation being fitted on 27th June. We have cleared the space of rodents, however there is a lot of dried fecal matter we would like to get rid of. Ideally we would need it all vacuumed out. If your able to get into the space to remove the 5% of the remaining fiber glass batts that would awesome, but understand if not accessible
