Put holes in ceiling through fibre for ducted heat pump install

My ceiling is fibre, so the technician wants me to find a builder to do the hotels in the ceiling tidily and brace some frame X 2 that agent been secured properly.
I'll get the exact details, but the consultant of the ducted heat system company, Oxygen Air, will be there to direct etc. For putting holes in ceiling. One large vent hole in the hall, needs the joist cut and secured, to create about a 1m X 50cm hole.
I've had the consultation, so just now need a builder to assist with it to move ahead.
