Vapour Barrier Fit

Supply and fit a quality vapour ground barrier to the floor of my unit. 70 sqm, easy access. Clearance between sub-floor and ground not massive but average man could at least shuffle around : ) ... Ground currently damp and has some crevices/holes no doubt caused by change in summer dry and winter wet would be good if these are able to be filled prior to installing the barrier.
