Line lounge/dining ceiling

I have a lounge/dining ceiling with exposed beams that I want insulated and clad (covered) with new timber paneling. I have 2 pendant lights that will need to be relocated to the new ceiling height but have an electrician that can do electrical work. I plan to purchase the insulation, battens and timber paneling for the job. I also have a bathroom job I will post separately for a quote (replace shower unit, re-line bathroom walls) Room measures: 4.5m x 6.5m approx. Centre ceiling height is 4m.
