Underfloor moisture barrier

Source and install 150 sq meters of 250 micron (or thicker) polythene moisture barrier on the ground under the house. This will also require preparing of the ground by raking out debris and rubbish to ensure it does not damage polythene when installed. The installation should be to New Zealand Standard NZS . Rubbish should be removed and taken off from the property. Care to be taken not to damage existing pipes or cabling under house.
