top and bottom insulation

Ceiling - There is loose-fill as existing insulation and is below minimum requirement. Recommending R2.9 glasswool blanket ceiling insulation to be installed in compliance to Residential Tenancies Act. Underfloor - There is existing foil. Recommend full removal and disposal of existing insulation & R1.5 polyester insulation to be installed - total quantity required is approximately 80 for the ceiling and 80 for the bottom
