Install Ground Moisture Barrier & Sound Proofing & Upgrade Ceiling Insulation #2

We have a two-level house with a garage and studio on the ground floor which requires the following works to be done: 1. installation of ground moisture barrier in the area coloured in yellow in the attached plan (i.e. the subfloor / raised foundation area under the first floor accessible from the garage, which is shown in the photographs from the building report attached); 2. installation of sound proofing material to sound proof the area coloured in blue in the attached plan (i.e. the studio, which is shown in the three photographs attached); 3. top up the insulation of the property to comply with the current healthy homes insulation standard (the R-values of ceiling and underfloor insulations were 2.8 and 1.4 respectively in late 2019). We would like to get quotes for each of the above works and are looking to do them this month if possible. Thank you.
