1 Source and install 60 sq meters of new under floor insulation. 2 Source and install 150 sq meters of 250 micron (or thicker) polythene moisture barrier on the ground under the house. This will also require preparing of the ground by raking out debris to ensure it does not damage polythene when installed. The installation should be to New Zealand Standard NZS Contractor MUST have experience of installing polythene moisture barriers. have to supply certification of Isulation and Moisture barriers
