Underfloor and ceiling insulation

Need insulation compliant with the residential tenancy act for both the ceiling and underfloor. House is 120m2 stand alone and one story. There is plenty of space underneath and above, both are easily accessible. The ceiling requires a ladder to access and can be done so indoors. Ideally to be done as soon as possible. Separately need installation of two bedroom doors.
