Insulation Removal and Replacement - ~80m House

Hi there, I require removal of existing insulfluff and yellow batts and replacement with new insulation (preferably a product like greenstuff). House is approx 80 square meters and has easy access to the ceiling. Note that IC-F Rated downlights are to be installed so all insulfluff must be removed in order to allow this. It is preferable that removal and installation happens on seperate days to allow for the wiring of the new downlights to be completed before new installation is installed.
