Fit Underfloor Insulation to our house. House area is 125sqm. House is on a near flat section with a mild slope, is on concrete piles with access and has reasonable space to work on. It has an underfloor ducted heating system fitted and also cables and pipes running under the floor. The original house floor is tongue and groove boards with no foil insulation and two bedroom extension with particle board floor and foil insulation. We are looking for the successful installer to supply and have fitted the insulation and on the completion of the work to provide a warranty certificate, and all required documentation that the materials and workmanship has been done in accordance with the latest building regulations. The installer need to send a specification of the insulation material proposed together with a recommendation for the best solution and a quote including the time of installation if quote accepted. We are ready to start the work as soon as possible.
