our house was built in 1991. The living room area (about 70sqm) has old insulation in the ceiling, the installer will have to replace it /boost it to R4 to the edge of the roof space. Part of my roof is flat but was also insulated according to the design drawing. Must supply compliance certificate after job is complete.
