I need someone to repair some underfloor expol insulation that has come loose under a house in Northcote. May also need roof insulation top up but can do as separate job. Access is pretty good to both under house and in ceiling.

John was really quick to quote and offered a reasonable price to do the job, but after awarding him the job I never heard from him. I am giving up now after repeated attempts to contact him to complete the job.
