Underfloor and Ceiling insulation required for 3 bed house +- 140M2 house size. Easy access to subfloor area and ceiling access via hatch. I would like all the old ceiling insulation removed ,ceiling space cleaned and new insulation installed.

Insulation in roof

We’re looking to ensure our property meets the healthy homes assessment ahead of selling it. We believe we need to add a bit more insulation to the roof - it’s easily assessed via a ladder. Underfloor insulation job - good access

Hi Tradies. I would like some quotes to remove current foil and replace with modern insulation. I am not sure of total area but probably around 120m2. You'd have come and have a look. Generally good access. Need up to HH standards. Cheers. Job available shortly; I am also investigating ducted heat pump system so might be more logical to fit that out first, but for total budget seeking a few quotes for the underfloor insulation - hope that's clear and transparent.

Retrofitting insulation and gib walls to a Lockwood

We own a 3 bed, 2 bath Lockwood that has no insulation. I’d like to understand what it would cost to retrofit insulation to all exterior walls on the house, with gib, keeping the interior walls the normal Lockwood timber style. We’re on stilts with access to under the house as well, so if under floor insulation would be possible as well, I’d like a second quote for that.

Skillion roof

Hi, We are looking to re roof our home in beach haven, a small part of it is a skillion roof and can’t be accessed as it has no ceiling cavity. Due to the size of the rafters and the current healthy home standards we need to use rigid insulation to meet current code. I was looking at using the Kingspan K10 70mm or equivalent spec 30m2 roughly will need to confirm with site measure let me know how you get on, Thanks Will

Underfloor Insulation

I need underfloor insulation done for my property please. Will need about 30 sq meters of insulation. Access is easy and there's enough room to stand as you can see in the pics. There's a slope underneath and will get a little narrower towards the top part. . The gap between joists is 550mm. Please advise cost of this job. Please quote for material and labour. Thank you

Underfloor insulation - not spray on

House is a bungalow built in 1910. It sits on level, dry ground and has good access underneath of at least a metre. Sometime about 25 to 30 years ago an insulation job was done to parts using foamboard of a couple of cms in thickness. I want insulation for the whole underneath except under the bathroom and laundry areas, done with Pink Batts.

Underfloor insulation replacement

I need my underfloor insulation replaced. The current foil insulation needs removing and I need this replaced with high R value (2.5-3.5) insulation. I would also like the existing moisture barrier refixing as needed. The crawl space is mostly easily accessible, with some areas requiring crawling but some allowing standing.
