100m2 house, underfloor easily accessible for the most part. Back 10m2 corner could be tricky but still reachable. approx 30m2 of tighter crawl space. 30m2 easy walking. The things under house could be moved if difficult to get around. A site visit would be ideal to check all the materials supplied are enough.
