House - underfloor insulation fitting
Job description
Hi - I need to get some standard under-floor insulation fitted to the underside of my house in Otaki. It's approximately 120sqm. It currently only has some old foil-type insulation but i need to bring it up to spec for rental. Access to the under-house area is ok, but apparently, it doesn't meet today's standards in terms of space/height. It's a confined space that becomes narrower and narrower towards the back end of the house. I have no idea how this affects the work or the options, but I thought it best to point it out now. I'd like to get a couple of quotes/options and decide how to proceed. cheers, Dominic

Very good communication. I put 'good quality' because the finished product wasn't overly neat compared to other online photos of similar work... but the insulation is under the house and out of sight, so I guess it doesn't matter. Plus, there was very little room to manoeuvre, so it was a good job to get it all done. Overall, happy with the work and everything was done promptly - small delay only due to weather.
