Adding insulation into ceiling space

We currently have our ceiling space insulated with pink batts. To meet healthy homes standard for renting our house out we need someone to come and top up the pink batts and add some more in the ceiling space. We are happy to buy the required batts need someone to come and do the job of install for us in the next few weeks if possible. Ceiling space completely accessible through manhole
