Insulation installment

I need 140m2 of underfloor insulation installed and about 90m2 of ceiling insulation installed. I have already purchased all the insulation, under the floor will be 'Green stuff" and in the ceiling will be "Pink bats". The house is 20 years old and has some old insulation in the ceiling that will need to be removed and it has foil under the floor which will also need to be removed. Most of the house has easy access underneath although some of it is a little bit tricky with the pipes that are under the house.
