Plasterboard removal and insulation installation

Older house in Eastbourne with original plasterboard. We would like the exterior wall of this room insulated with Pinkbats or similar and prepared for wallpapering. Wall size is 5m x 2.4m with 2m x 1.5m window. The other walls of this 5m x 3m room also have original plasterboard that is currently unsuitable for wallpapering and could be stripped to be made ready, or have new plasterboard installed to make them ready.
