Hi Recently I bought a house in waiwhetu. I am planning to give that house for rental. so get the inspection from Healthy Homes just want to make sure everything is on the current rental regulation policy. From that inspection report my insulation is below current regulations at 90mm. so the ceiling will need a top up before it is tenanted. I need to done this work ASAP..
