Insulate under house

I'm looking to install underfloor insulation in my house. access is through a floor panel in a large cupboard. getting a person/people in and out is relatively easy measurement for insulation is roughly 155square metres , as part of the house is concrete pad and won't be insulated. happy to answer any other questions or provide times to meet and discuss. open to materials but would won't something that rodents won't find attractive.
