Ceiling, underfloor and moisture barrier installation

Hi, we have several rental properties that need work on either insulation or ground moisture barriers. To start with we have bought a new property that doesn't appear to have underfloor insulation and needs some blankets to top up the ceiling. Access underfloor is via a hatch - it's crawling room only I'm afraid. Ceiling access is through a standard hatch and isn't too much drama. Once we've got this one out of the way, we can move on to doing the others if you do a good job!
