Fix and tidy up ceiling insulation

Hi there, We would like someone to have a look at our insulation both ceiling and underfloor. Some of the ceiling insulation has been disturbed and there are gaps so we would like an expert to tidy the insulation, fill the missing parts and relay parts of it. For the ceiling insulation second layer, we have been advised that our ceiling insulation is at a lower thickness than what as required and that we may consider adding another layer so would like advice on that. We would also like to talk to someone about a moisture vapour barrier. Thank you!
