Installation around down lights

Ceiling installation was conducted in 2012, from a new build. Due to a few law changes it is a requirement to have a 150mm clearance with down lights. I need someone to get into our ceiling to make those adjustments and have it signed off for insurance purposes. Any help would be awesome please. Thanks
