Underfloor insulation and moisture barrier in rental house
Job description
I'm looking for a quote for installation of underfloor insulation, and possibly a ground moisture barrier, for a rental property let to students. Access is OK although not much clearance (its a 50s house, extended, now 140 sq m). (I don't live in Hamilton and will be at the property from Wed 30 Jan to Fri 1 Feb so ideally an inspection would happen then.)

Thanks very much JMM - friendly, finished the work quickly (even came a day early to see if it would be OK for us), the whole process was very easy for us and very efficient. And we now have compliant insulation!
