Underfloor insulation

Kia Ora, we have recently purchased an investment property in Tuakau and have had a healthy homes assessment which has come back that we have to install new underfloor insulation as the current foil insulation is torn. The house is a very standard rectangle shape, 100m2, under the house is easily accessible. Our current situation is that we take over on the 27th June, but we are overseas and would like to get underfloor insulation installed on that date. We have family who can meet at the property. We are looking for a quote for this job - removing the old foil insulation and replacing with new insulation to meet healthy homes standard. There is already a ground moisture barrier in place.
