Insulation in the roof of a spare room adjoined to a garage, plus wall and floor insulation. Job will include: 1. Removal of existing GIB on ceiling and walls, 2. Installation of insulation and replacing GIB and repainting. 3. Removal of carpet, installation of hard insulation (+ moisture barrier) on floor and replacing existing carpet. 4. Replacing architraves around windows (will be removed when windows are replaced)
